1. Confirm how and where you want your NOA
Easily attach the device to a door with the supplied anchor. Or use a staircase, tree, or fence. No anchor point? Place the straps under your feet and get started right away.
2. Fasten the straps
The device is designed to allow you to safely and comfortably perform hundreds of different exercises and train all your muscle groups. You effortlessly switch between upper body, core, and lower body exercises.
3. Open the app
In the app, you'll find instructional videos, workouts, and challenges. There's always a workout that suits your goals and fitness level. The instructions are explained step-by-step by experienced and professional personal trainers. And of course, you can also join Marijn's workout videos!
4: Start training immediately
NOA offers you the best of both worlds. It combines two powerful training methods:
- Suspension training: Here you train with your own body weight. You change your resistance super easily by changing your body angle.
- Resistance band training: (4, 6 and 10 kg of elastic resistance) This provides more strength and variation. This method of resistance training stresses muscle fibers differently than suspension training.
This combination offers endless possibilities, no matter your fitness level.
